The button on the sensor can be used for two functions:
1. Resetting the sensor's Wi-Fi configurations - Press and hold the button for 3 seconds until the LED flashes green.
During installation, this button is a necessary step when configuring your network. This action enables your sensor to emit its own hotspot, allowing devices to connect to it for sensor configuration.
2. Factory reset the sensor - Press and hold the button for 15 seconds until the LED flashes red.
Factory resetting the sensor will reset the sensor to default settings, erasing all local sensor data. Data sent to the cloud, however, will not be affected.
