Connecting your sensor to an available Wi-Fi network is important to ensure real-time monitoring is seamless. Setting up its network connection is done during installation when configuring your network.
If you're unable to connect the sensor to Wi-Fi, please try these steps:
Ensure you have correctly entered the SSID and password of the network you wish to connect to
Check that this network is online and available by using a different device to connect to it. If your Wi-Fi is offline, reboot your network and try again
Factory reset your sensor and try again
